Our disco 4 - soon after the maintenance plan 100000 kms while driving on the highway the car suddenly stopped couldn't workout what was wrong with it. I am not hopeful I also have a Disco 4 purchased secondhand on December 22nd, car went to Restricted Performance on December 25th into the dealer on the 28th, returned on the 7th Jan, then the car has come up with the same fault on 29th Jan and as of today 11th Feb is still there, both times turbocharger problems. Depending on the message, you might need to have the vehicle serviced right away. The system will also malfunction if the Battery is discharged, too low an Amp Hour rating … , or started and stopped a few times on a cold engine. Have taken it into the garage many times and they can find no codes or answers. Follow mode off automatically cancels if adaptive cruise control is not used for a prolonged period of time. I understand there is an 'engine loom' which is a bit cheaper. There was a recall to replace the modulator unit caps with thicker ones.
